Storyline

Kipp Norman and his best friend, Margie sell black market margarine. When Margie gets kidnapped during a deal, Kipp must enlist the help of the Midwest's most famous private investigator, Chet Rockwell to find his friend and expose the secret corruption of Wisconsin's dairy industry.
