Storyline

On the paradise island of Kokomo, Nasha, an orphan and a genius mechanic, tries to survive alongside her friend Grey under the rule of B.L.A.Z.R., which governs the island with an iron fist. That evening, the resistance is preparing an assault on the submarine patrolling Kokomo, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tip the balance of power.
